UHD Renderer - Sharp

For a week I try my Sharp UHD with 4k videos to run, unfortunately without success.
Normal videos run, but 4k I always get the following error:
13:23:26 INFO Process "C:\Program Files (x86)\DLNA-Server\win32\ffmpeg.exe" has a return code of 1! Maybe an error occurred... check the log file
I've read a lot and searched, but found nothing which helped me. Has anyone an idea, or solved the problem already?
