MP4 files not found by TV

UMS installed just fine and when I select linked devices on my LG 55LA9650UA I see the UMS.
I select it and see the movie folder containing the MP4 files.
I click on the movie folder and after several minutes of loading, it reports "This folder is empty".
I get the same result on my iPhone 6 running "PlayerExtreme" ; no files found.
I attached the Log Files.
What is going on? Is there a setting I need to select?
My board quota has been reached; I must not have the ability to upload my trace file.
