Sorry, i'm not really sure to understood what do you mean. It seem that you've UMS use issue with Windows 10 Creators.
So i'll say, make sure that you firewall is correctly configured.
And disable/close "MSI afterburner" and/or "Rivatuner" if you use them.

That's not a UMS issue, only Windows 10 use issue...
As i still use XP, i cannot help you on that, but you can always use our web interface and copy your video files from it.

Everything possible when it come to Microsoft, Windows 10 automatic updates spying and bugging
Windows XP and 7 are far better, imho

Perhaps you should use your warranty if you DVD Panasonic is faulty ?
Because i found it strange that you've so much vibration that make your hard drive die...
