I'm running UMS and streaming to my Sharp Aquos 52LE830U tv. I've noticed that some videos allow me to pause and resume, while others will just display a "Operation invalid for this media" (paraphrasing) message and not let me pause. I'm not sure how to tell which videos will allow the ...

I tried something that works, though I don't know if it's the best solution.
I compared the sharpaquos.conf between ps3ms and ums, and added this line to the ums file :
This appears to work. I am able to pause, unpause, and fastforward my video files.

Unable to pause/ff/rw on Sharp Aquos TV
I'm running UMS 2.6.4, and playing MKV movies on my Sharp 52le830u.
I found that using UMS, I am unable to pause, fast forward, or rewind movies. I did not have this problem with PS3MS. I'm wondering if it's related to some settings in the program, or perhaps something in the renderer conf file?
