It base on VLC 2.0.x. and stream udp multicast.

1. I look IPTV by means of a configuration videostream.
IPTV=1, udp://@239.0.1.1:1234
But at switching of channels it is necessary to wait for 15-30 seconds.
Whether there is a decision of this problem? If this time of buffering as
it can be reduced?
