Ok, the problem with the chapters is just with AVI files. What should I do to fix it?

My laptop is connected via wireless, as so my Xbox 360.

So I decided to connect my Xbox 360 to my PC via an ethernet cable, why not? It's supossed to do the videos run better. :D
But... problems are appearing. When I go on the chapters page the chapter selection don't appear, and if a return to a ...
