I have mate thats why I am asking questions again.

Dont know what to do. Was really hoping someone could tell me how to best use UMS.

I've already answered you to the best of my abilites. If UMS is correctly configured, it will only transcode if the renderer doesn't support the format. That means you will only get "degraded quality" where you wouldn't otherwise be able to play the file at all.

I thought Blu ray ISOs cant be played through UMS?

Can 3D blurays be played as I read they can but tried to do it but nothing happened.

Yes I understand it is very hard to determine the best settings.

I have gone on to those links for best settings but honestly I dont understand it.

I just dont know if I am using UMS properly especially with it all at default currently.

How would I know if UMS converts to a format it can play on ...

Seems only way could get it to work was delete the folder then uninstall and reinstall the program which I have done now. Upon installing it then asked 4 questions which not sure if answered correctly then the main panel window showed. Bit odd has to go through this long process but works now ...

So what was difference with last debug log compared to latest one I sent?

After deleting the folder database shall I reboot or reinstall UMS?

EDIT: Just deleted the database folder and one file in it and still UMS is not opening.

I have attached the debug.log file as still no screen shows.

I installed and ticked "clean install" and not installed avisynth yet still UMS does not open.

Will this not work now?

I initially installed version 7.0.0 before installing 6.8.0 dont know if because of that having this issue.
