Hi!
it seems that UMS is confused by virtual NIC. In that case TV will get wrong CurrentURI with unreachable IP.
UMS should compare IP of any discovered renderer and match it with local one from same range. Note that Cast To Device from Win10 is able to send correct IP even in case of second IP ...

Great to see it anyway. Another small improvement can be static name of that file such as latest instead of old 7.x. Actually, now I see that old 7.3 link will land on download page without downloading anything.
I agree with using 'Self Contained', "UMS-SC 7.3.0 x64.exe".

I think that this could be offered in RC2:
In general, the size of self-contained application packages is larger than the size of a standalone application, because a private copy of the JRE is included.
That could be added in Comparison of Media Servers...
