Just fixed the same issue. Seems like UMS doesn't like double quotes in any part of the path.

Can someoone please post step-by-step instructions for adding Twitch streams?

This is what I've tried:

I want to watch http://www.twitch.tv/srkevo1

I generate an rtmpdump command line using:
http://bogy.mine.nu/sc2/stream2vlc.php#justin|srkevo1

It generates the following command:

rtmpdump.exe ...
