I'm not sure what the issue is, but sometimes my PS4 will not be found by UMS. As odd as it is, when it randomly starts working I only retain the success by not quitting UMS at all. I I happen to turn my PS4 before my computer, it will not work. My computer and presumably UMS need to run ...
