I have a laptop duo core with gbyte network connected to tv. When I play a MKV file with subtitles then after 30 minutes or so it will stop play the movie and loses connection. Only restarting UMS will resolve this problem and than again it will lose connection after a while.

UMS is constantly hanging or stops working. Also detection of a renderer is difficult. I got a LG LM55620S television. I see that when UMS is hanging Java is using up 600MB of memory. It has never worked with my television.

I have a lg 55lm670s tv with smarttv. The tv is connected to a 1000Mbit network with a dual core windows 7 pc with 2 Gbyte of RAM. My tv is recognized as a LG Smart tv upgrader. When I play a MKV file with DTS sound it makes a really high and hard sound (painful to the ear). The same happens ...

use LG 55lm670s and it works terrible! Audio works fine and MKV 1080p an 3d SBS works when you start the movie and finger crossed it will stay playing the whole movie. Most of the times mencoder hangs or UMS just closes itself.. I don't know why. When it plays a movie it plays it well ...
