Wow, I think you found the solution.
I had no issues today with Malwarebytes turned off.

I do, but I actually just installed it after the stuttering occurred in case some Malware was the cause.

I'll try turning it off later.

Switching to 9.2 did not fix the problem for me.

I will try and let you know tomorrow.

I haven't installed the newest version of UMS yet, I'm on 9.4.1 right now, but I think the problem came with 9.4.0.
