I Checked All Ports Using

netstat -a -n -p tcp -b this command in cmd

but no program is using port 9001

Cannot Access Web Interface For UMS

I have a problem, i cannot access web interface of UMS whenever i Press webinterface button it gives following error,

When Clicked On Web Inter Face Button It Gives "Valid Url Cannot be Formed Error " How to solve it ?
