FWIW, I finally found a UMS entry for 169.254.100.1 in UMS Network Devices

I still don't have any idea wha it is. PING doesn't show any response, and my Cable Modem/WiFi doesn't list it either

I added a bunch of folders to share and I don't understand completely what some of the columns are for

This is an example

Type = Folder (got it)
Path = blank ????
Name = blank ????
Source = the folder (got it)
Status = Checked ????
Enable ...

Any chance?

I just did a clean install and it was a little tedious to add 14-15 folders one at a time selecting a different drvie and folder, and then rearranging the in the 'right' order by moving each folder up of down one at a time

I keep all my various media on my M: drive

When I need to add folders [Shared Content], [Folders - Add] always opens to Document and I have to navidate to M:\ ...

Not a big deal but a minor inconvience that gets annoying after awhile

could the 'upper level' folders automatically be created, i.e.
