One small thing that may or may not matter to you: The media Fkeys (F7/F8/F9, for rewind, play/pause, fast forward) don't always control iTunes in High Sierra. If you start a video playing in Safari and want to pause iTunes, you have to switch apps because the media keys will unhelpfully now control...
