No problem. Perhaps it's the channel that's stopping me from attaching logs - I still can't in this thread. Anyhow, I've made a new post in the support channel with my debug logs attached in case it's useful - it really only identifies that ffmpeg failed.

10.3 ffmpeg rendering fails
As discussed in the Announcements channel, 10.3 broke rendering for me (and at least one other member). Rolling back to 10.2 solved the problem. Log file (attached) shows an ffmpeg error, although sadly it's not particularly informative! Thanks as always for such an excellent product. I've lurked he...

I had to roll back to 10.2 too.
