Ok don't know if I did something else but restarting the router fixed it... now lets see if it will stay that way!

yes they are connected on the same router, my computer is connected by wire and my tv via wifi.

ok so after a long pause of using UMS, was using v9.x.x (don't remember the exact version) which was working fine on my Samsung Tv (UN40EH5300), I needed to use it again so I downloaded the latest version 10.10.0 and now it doesn't detect my Tv anymore.

Already tried a bunch of common fix ...
