Video playback via web interface seems to be possible. I haven't logged it because it is not part of my post.

The 2 files are a spanned zip archive as the data exceeded 5MB limit. You need to rename the 5MB part to "ums_dbg ...

When I open ums web interface (no matter if I do that on the machine ums runs on or if I open it from another machine) I can browse through my media but when I try to play it nothing happens. Also all titles have media lenth shown as "0:00".
What can I do to find the problem?

It is probably not the anti virus software. I had the same issue and when I started ums.exe with "Run as Administrator" it worked.
