Hi,
the vendor of the PC created an initial user named "Windows" which I am using.
There are not entries in the logs since Norton seems to block UMS.exe completely.

I recently updated UMS to v13.9.0. Now UMS.exe gets blocked by Norton 360.
When I start UMS.bat instead, it seems to work. Any ideas?

This is a known bug and has been fixed in 13.8.0 It is not actually hanging, the notification just does not go away.
