I use UMS as a Service. The Java Service Wrapper do this job.
Sometimes my PC doesn't shutdown automatically since i used the service.
powercfg /requests list up the ums service wrapper. If i restart manual the service, the problem is solved.

Perfect, the service thing was the solution, thank you so much, would never have found it myself in such a short time :)
I deactivated "Start on Windows" btw.
If anyone wanna test it with the option enabled, go for it and report the result
