Just updated UMS to 13.4.
I'd like to set the default renderer to AppleTV as that device is the only streaming device I ever intend to use with UMS (via VLC app).
Problem is, I cannot find an AppleTV (or Apple TV 4K) renderer among the lot.

UMS sucks balls. UMS is a hack hobby project built upon an ancient platform (PS3 Media Server) using a near-obsolete standard (DNLA). Use PLEX or VLC. Both simply work right out of the box.
