Figured it out. Just had to set my Panny to SBS instead of AUTO in 3D menu.

3D stuff

Watching 3D titles I get a split screen instead of the right encoding. Playing though PS3 and Panasonic PT-AE8000u projector.
Netflix 3D works just fine.
