I solved this problem myself.
By the log, I found this problem is raised by the Mplayer and Mencoder. Then I found the Mplayer and Mencoder of UMS is version SB59, but the Mplayer and Mencoder of PMS is version SB41. So I download SB41 from http://www.spirton.com/mplayer-mencoder-subjunk-build ...
