After the changes you suggested it now works flawlessly. I am able to stream the 4K movies on my TV without any issues. Thank you very much for your help.

MaxVideoBitrateMbps = 25

is now set to:

MaxVideoBitrateMbps = 0

I don't get the point of having Windows 64-bit and running Java 8 32-bit with UMS ?

This does not work for a UN65HU8550 as it will not use this profile for some reason. I select it for the TV and it will change to defaultrenderer.conf. Does it have something to do with the line UpnpDetailsSearch = U[NEA]\d{2}[H-Z][SU]\d{4}.*(Samsung TV)?

Attached is the Debug file and the .conf file that I am using for the TV. I can play the 4K files using the transcoding [no transcoding] folder but it's choppy and I am not sure if it's actually playing at 4k. FYI, I have a 1GB connection between the UMS and TV so it should not be choppy.

I have not been able to get any of my 2160p 4K UHD .MKV movies to play through the UMS. They show up on what I want to play them with, but they show up as zero size and as soon as I try to play them I get an error. I use UMS and BubbleUPnP to stream on my Android tablet. For some reason BubbleUPnP will not play MPEG video files at all. Is there a way to transcode the MPEG to an AVI file with subtitles? I watch Korean dramas and they will not show up and UMS will not scan them. When I look in the folders where the dramas have korean names the folders are empty. Do I have to rename all of the Korean names to English or is there a way to make UMS scan them?
