When you're not using CPLs for a long time, they are going in sleep mode. But, when i start my computer (Windows), the CPL take time to wake up, more time than the PC to boot.

An old TV decoder from the french Internet Provider "SFR", is using an Netgen N7600.
If you let UMS detect the renderer configuration file, it will match with the Netgen N7700 one.

But .... This one doesn't work. When files are transcoded, the renderer hang, and reboot after one minute ...

I use at home a Panasonic TX-32AS600E.

I've modifed the Panasonic Viera configuration file to display video without transcoding.
So you will find the trace of the discovery for this device and the modified configuration.

To workaroud the detection of this renderer that fail, i modifed the Netgem N7700 configuration file, adding :

UserAgentAdditionalHeader = friendlyName
UserAgentAdditionalHeaderSearch = Netia Player

With this, the header doesn't match and streaming is done.

May be it can be a solution to ...

I've got AVI files that using MSMPEG4v3 or MSMPEG4v2 that can't be transcode with UMS.
Other files like DivX5 doesn't work also.
In fact, each time that the file must be transcode, it doesn't work.
I've just update to 4.3.1. I couldn't say if it has already works (previous version was 4.2.0 ...
