Is there any fix for this issue? A New Media folder can be quite useful... only if it actually shows the latest 15-30 items added to the library though... not the WHOLE library!

This is unrelated but I cannot seem to use my Panasonic DMP-BDT220 Bluray Player with UMS as it doesn't identify which type of device it is. Serviio doesn't either but it has a configuration file for a general Panasonic BD Player which works ...

I have updated to v5.0.0 and now the Xbox does see UMS (yay!) However, it shows me options (folders) such as 'by camera' and 'by ISO'... so obviously the Xbox video app only identifies the pictures section of UMS... even though I haven't enabled any sources to collect pictures!

I'm back to running Serviio which seems to work alright. I still prefer UMS because of its little extra features here and there but I have to take functionality over small features like prettify filenames or even nicer ones like streaming status (already missing that).
I will still keep checking ...

Nope, tried ports 5002 and 5003 but the xbox can still not identify the server

Hmm no other media servers are running... I will change the port and see if it changes anything
