I'm having a bit of an issue getting a series of videos to work. Audio is fine, but video is completely garbled, as you can see in the attached photo.

Initially I had the exact same issue when I tried it on my PC to check if I maybe got a corrupt file and the issue was indeed present ...

Oh, I understand. I just haven't had any video actually start at the beginning in the past few days. Will upload a log once RNGezus blesses me.

I've never had any kind of active scanning active on my AV programs, but I suppose it's possible it managed to slip by unnoticed during one of the yearly updates. Will experiment with some of the settings just to see what it'll do next time I have the opportunity.

Update time:

Watched 2 videos this afternoon without issues, but when I watched a show just now, pausing caused it crash again. At least none of the videos jumped ahead, so that's a good start I think.

Odd. I've been on Japanese locale for literally as long as I can recall and never had any issues. Guess I could try switching to english for a while and see what happens?
