Re: ffmpeg transcode fails on mkv
Kind of a half-fix: In my case, I had mkv files with internal subtitles, and also a SRT file present in the same folder, with subtitles. I prefer using the external srt file, since the embedded subtitles weren't good. If I force UMS to use the external subtitles force_external_subtitles = true There...

Re: There is no inputstream to return

Re: MKV/MP4 decoding with ffmpeg64 not working [5.1.0]
Running that command with the original ffmpeg64 executable indeed seems to work fine. (the signal 2 is me hitting ctrl-c :p)SubJunk wrote:Anyway running the command I posted before should fix the issue for you, and the issue has also been fixed in the upcoming version.

Re: Version 5.1.0 is released
Since the new Version, Video transcoding (mkv) issnt working anymore. It seems the cause is ffmpeg64.exe. The only thing by getting it working again is renaming ffmpeg.exe to ffmpeg64.exe! How can i use 64bit transcoding? And ofc i've a x64 OS. The log issnt showing anything useful. I'm having this...

[Solved] MKV/MP4 decoding with ffmpeg64 not working [5.1.0]
System: Win 8.1, 64-bit, latest UMS with Java 7 . Since the update, UMS uses ffmpeg64.exe to do decoding, since it detects it's running on a 64-bit system, I presume. When it tries to launch ffmpeg64, that process fails silently, no info in logs. The current workaround is to force it to use the 32-b...
