Tried 512 and 1500 for memory.
There are no entries in the debug.log file at all updated by trying to launch 2.1.0.
Time stamp on debug.log file does not even change when installing and then launching 2.1.0
Installed on two other Win 7 x64 one a fresh install and the other an update. No Problems ...

Same Issue as above.
2.0.0 works fine after re-install
Tried install 2.1.0 as Admin and run as Admin. No go.
