That most likely is UMS transcoding the video you are watching. Sometimes it might keep transcoding for a bit even if you stopped the video.

I recommend to use as a basic the LG-LS5700.conf and change the UserAgentSearch to match your TV. The .conf you provided doesn't work because you set MediaInfo = true but you didn't specify any supported formats e.g. # Supported video formats:

I started using UMS recently and so far Im happy about it.
Now Im having the same issue as in EVERY DNLA server I try that it just insists on encoding the video to put subtitles.
My device supports subtitles and Im having a hard time to force UMS to use external subtitles.
