Thank you valib ! I set the "Codepage for non_Unicode subtitles" at the "Transcoding setting", "Subtitles settings" to CP1252, and although the subtitle flag is still romanian, there are no more romanaion special characters. So I can use 5.2.2 version !!! Thanks again :-)

[Solved] Bad subtitle language detection
Hello, Since version 5.1.4, french subtitles appear as romanian subtitles on the TV via HDMI to PS3. When using the "TRANSCODE" function, a romanian flag stands on the left of the subtitle name. Although the subtitles are really french, their appear on the TV screen with special characters...
