There's something strange in the latest OS X release. I got 10.11.1 and if I download 5.3.0 and copy it to Applications folder I can't open it, because I get error saying that the app can't be opened. If I open it directly in the package or rename it, it works fine. I had exactly the same issue ...

I'm running Mac OS X El Capitan 10.11.1 with Java 8 (up to date) and I after upgrade UMS to 5.3.0 I'm not able to open it and in order to use the program I had to downgrade to 5.2.3 but it gets weird and here's how and why.
