"If you use our "Media Library" folder": I don't catch the point because at the end I still not able to show at the same time on my TV picture and video, that are in the sames folder on my PC.

So is it your TV that mix both file types?

Understood: I have a Samsung TV and when I enter the DNLA menu, it proposes "video", "photos" and "audio". and when you enter inside, you can only see corresponding type of files.
So it is due to my TV.
Do you know any way to mix them with Samsung?

In general coming from my camera I have video and picture, as everybody. With the DLNA protocol we can only shown separately vide and picture: would it be possible to mix both in a same folder choice?
I'm quite sure i'm not the only opne fed up with this restriction of DLNA

i'm using XP and i have updated java to release 8. Then I have discovered:
1/ Java does not support anymore XP
2/ UMS has two differents installs

Then I have updated UMS with java 8 and when trying to launch I get the message "Application can not start correctly (0xc0000142) ....
