I have the same TV. Go into your UMS install folder and find the file Samsung-NotCD.conf inside the renderers folder. Open it in a text editor, clear everything, and paste the following:

Hmm I will see what I can find. Funnily enough today it randomly worked. Turned on UMS on the PC. Turned on the TV. Was about to turn on the PS3 to get to UMS but noticed UMS was showing in the source list again. Was able to watch an episode with no problem.

I'm having this issue all of a sudden whereas for the first week or two of getting my tv UMS was working with it well.
