Hi, I have a samsung D5500 too and Im face the same problem with the subtitles

I tested the old versions and with the version 6.5.0 the subtitles back to work

so, the problem start with the 6.5.1 version

squadjot, Worked !!! 100% working now

the option "Encoded Audio Passthrough" was selected, I disabled this option and now the AUdio is Sync !!

Video, Audio and Subtitles , everything is working

only the Audio that I cannot chose in the TV when I have 2 Audio optitons, but that is fine

Now with the new COnfig file that you udate on 3/1/2016 is working , the TV play the video, i`m not getting the error mesanger anymore

BUT, the audio is not is Sync with the video, for some reason it`s out of sync

DO you know what it can be ?

Yes, I`m running as admin and I close and open UMS everytime that I move files from renderers folder
When I force to use other config file, like J55xx , video start to work, but with audio out of sync
I check the icon everytime to check if the correct config file load

I force to use the config file JU55xx and JU6400. with both files the video start, but the audio is not sync
when I use the samsung J config file, I receive the "unexpected error"

Do you believe that the model JU6500 is diferrente from others ? do you know if someone try to use the TV ...

Yes, I did that, I`m using this config file already, but I`m still get this error messenge in the TV,

I force to use the config file J55xx and worked, the video start to play but the audio is not sync

I will try to change the configuration in a new file and check if work, I will post ...

Wow, That is Great ! was the firewall, now I can see UMS in the source, but there is another problem now

I`m receiving a "unexpected error" in the TV and I can`t see the Video, it`s happen with all videos
If I go to the "Transcode folder" and I chose the option, "no transcoding" works ...

I dont know why but this TV dont find UMS in the source

I got the file, but UMS continue not showing in the source or other location in the TV
