We're aware of the problem but haven't found a cure. It's not limited to the "Logs" tab, it's any tooltip that's placed close to the edge of the screen, and it's not a UMS issue it's a Java/Swing issue.

I've experience a little confusion with the Log tab bottom tooltips in maximized UMS window.
I mean, what in the maximized UMS window the bottom tooltips on the Log tab covers some elements of the user interface (UI) until ...

192.168.0.13 is my PC's IP with UMS running, but not a Sony Bravia 5500.
The same bahavior of UMS 5.2.2 was on the same system in the past.
Can anyone tell me how to fix what little problem?

Enable external network isn't unsafe. It just means that UMS is allowed to connect to the internet if it needs to. Most software today won't even ask about this, but UMS tries not to be rude and won't use the internet unless this is allowed. The name of the option could probably be improved.

On the general tab have you enabled "enable external network"? ...then refresh the plugins.
I usually don't do what, because it seems unsecure for me, but You are right, checking "enable external network" resolves my problem.

There is a problem with the russian language folder names in Java 7+ version of UMS 5.0.0-a1 on Win XP SP3 RUS.
As for now, my folder D:\Торренты has an unusual look and is invisible on my PS3.
There was no such problem in 4.2.0 and in all previous versions.
