I did the conf edit as suggested. It isn't any better, it always starts to stutter at some point. I even tried to increase the heap memory from 1 to 2 and 2 to 4.

I use my PS3 to stream video because on the ps4 i do not have a playback menu that let me jump to a specific time ( jump to ) which is very useful. Why isn't it present on ps4?
