I have the same issue. Tested with Netty3 and Netty4. Still no ISO or VOB support from mencoder.

I, and at least two other people I know, have the same problem. Also since update to 5.2x.
Please help us!

I wish I could help but I have the same problem also at my PS3 system. Since the latest update of UMS to 5.2.1. Tomorrow I will try to look at the log file when trying to run (ISO)VIDEO_TS files.

I have the same problem but with M2TS files which are in the BDMV (Blueray) structure. From folder "Stream".
The movie runs out of sync after minutes. Really annoying.
From notebook with Windows 8.1 (intel i7 8Gb) and also from desktop Windwos 7 Ultimate (AMD FX4350 8GB). Gigabit Ethernet.

Tried everything but still having problems. Also with mkv files.
Showtime is recognised and the root and all the files are shown but nothing plays.

I stick to UMS 2.40 in combination with Showtime 4.1.419 for the moment.
Only issue there (also directly in PS3 mediaserver) 1080P mkv stutter.

I am having the same problem with 1080P playback (mkv).
What I noticed is that the buffer doesn't fill.
In the debug log I see:

[New I/O server worker #1-2] Setting margin to 2Mb

The latest version of Showtime which works in combination with UMS is 4.1.419.

Showtime 4 is recognised but the files it shows don't play.
I mean mkv, iso, etc.
The screen stays black.
With my desktop PC Windows 7 and notebook i7 Windows 8 the same problem.

I' am using the older version of Showtime now in combination with the latest version of UMS.
It works for the moment.
