For a long time now, the source I pull from git fails to build with maven with an imagio issue:

[Added] Selecting renderer config files at install
OK I find the 2.6.4 (and early 3.0 builds from git) implementation just fine here - excluding "Streamium" allows UMS to identify my "Naim" renderer profile - Thanks SubJunk!
I wonder if there is a way to extend this slightly?
For example - when a renderer is detected, UMS could match with all the ...

Still get Heap issues with 2.6.3/Java 7u17
I've put this in a "Help" forum because I think the more general discussions on Java Heap elsewhere don't need to confuse a specific issue.
With 2.6.3 running on Java 7u17 (32 bit, Linux) I see this after a while:
DEBUG 2013-05-03 00:14:57.706 [pool-2276-thread-3] Thumbnailator does not support ...

Re: Selecting renderer config files at install
Yes, I think having profiles being marked "active" or not might help with this.
The real problem comes when I have a Denon 2112 ci in one room and a Phillips Streamium in another. In that situation, disambiguation might be achievable by adding an IP or name (or maybe even MAC) lookup to the ...

1. The trace option was enabled in logback.xml so you see everything at TRACE level from startup

Re: Renderer detection solution
This must be a very common chipset as my Naim Uniti (and from another thread, a Denon receiver) seem to be returning the same headers.
What's more, while originally my Unit2 was matched to the Streamium, that configuration did not work. I wrote a specific config tor the device too (it's here on ...

Naim Uniti renderers
I have written a simple profile for the Naim Uniti2 renderer ( http://www.naimaudio.com/hifi-products/naimuniti ).
Unfortunately, this device does not seem to have any http headers that distinguish it from the Philips Streamium, but the Streamium profile included with UMS 2.6.2 (and somewhat ...

Re: GC issues with Java 1.7.0 u 21 (32 bit; Linux)
I'll do that ... though I don't use iTunes, for the most part I'm Linux based (though I have over 10 years Java experience, since 1.1.8, so I'll give it my best shot when I get some time to devote to it.)

Re: GC issues with Java 1.7.0 u 21 (32 bit; Linux)
Yes indeed, thank you for confirming my original contention that this is a jvm issue and not (at least directly) a problem with ums.
Ums video is getting rapidly better; thank you for all the continuing activity, attention and hard work on this very important and pretty unique project.

Re: GC issues with Java 1.7.0 u 21 (32 bit; Linux)
Yes, but since my trigger to provoke this exception is by scanning my collection, no cache means I can't do that, so probably is just avoiding that path.
Oh - and yes, I do of course mean 2.6.1 (and 2.6.2, and 2.6.0, and 2.5.2 which all behave like this with Java 1.7u21, but not with u15).
