Essentially that's what it is. When I've removed it entirely and done a clean install and the POS doesn't load or work. Good thing you guys aren't charging for it

POS = piece of shit

So I installed this POS and it simply doesn't load. It's not running in the task bar nor will it open when I double click the icon.
As far as I can tell, this software is a genuine POS.
