Re: Live Subtitles work on mkv files but not mp4/avi
This is still broken with the newest version: 5.1.0 With MEncoder as the top priority engine, Live Subtitles will display properly on mkv files, but with avi/mp4 files the file plays, but no subtitles are shown. With FFmpeg as the top priority engine, mkv files will not even play when attempting Liv...

Re: Live Subtitles work on mkv files but not mp4/avi
Indeed. I could also just go to subscene or opensubtitles myself and download subs because they work that way with avi/mp4 files, but I would prefer to not have to do either of these things.

[Confirmed] Live Subtitles work on mkv files but not mp4/avi
Subject pretty much says it all. This is on a PS3 with the latest version of UMS. Tested on a tv episode with both an mkv version and an mp4 version. mkv live subs worked, mp4 live subs = no subs show. Tested with both ffmpeg and mencoder as the primary engine. Logs attached.

Re: 24-bit FLAC files "This content cannot be played."
Can confirm, that file does not exist in that dir on my computer. When I clean install 3.3.0 there are "DummyInput.jpg" and "DummyOutput.mpeg" files in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Universal Media Server\" directory. Those files don't exist when i clean install any versi...

Re: 24-bit FLAC files "This content cannot be played."
Here you go. One thing I did just notice is that it has [Audio High Fidelity] next to the file names twice on the PS3. Not sure if that has anything to do with the problem. Still can't upload an attachment to the forum for some reason. Here's the link to the logs: https://www.mediafire.com/?s33p7f9b...

Hmm ok interesting. Is there some log file I can send to find out why it's failing on my end?

Re: 24-bit FLAC files "This content cannot be played."
Are you playing with the Audio section or Video section? The file plays under Audio, but 24 bit needs to be played under video to get the correct bit depth and kHz, correct? It must use Audio High Fidelity and not FFmPeg Audio.
