After a few tests, I feel the issue comes from my antivirus, Kaspersky. When I disable its firewall, UMS still doesn't work, but gives me the message "cannot access the server" instead of "no items to display", while the other media servers seem to work (files listed at least). Thanks, I tried it, but there is no change. Actually, I found out that every media server I try doesn't work, so it's not related to UMS specifically.
