The pmsencoder download/install still fails.

But now it's not even possible to download "pmsencoder-1.6.3.jar" manually and place it in the "plugins" directory... so it's impossible to install the pluging through the "Plugins" tab... also in this tab the version is still "2 ...

To follow-up on this, if you download manually PMSEncoder (http://dl.bintray.com/content/chocolateboy/PMS/pmsencoder/pmsencoder-1.6.3.jar?direct) and place it in "plugins/", the rest of the components of Channels are downloaded correctly.
