Unfortunately due to a bug in MEncoder (the program we use to transcode most streams) 7.1 DTS-HD has to be downmixed to 5.1. Maybe it will be fixed but I wouldn't hold out hope since not many users or developers have a 7.1 speaker setup

At a glance I see it is encoded at 29.97fps, which is unusual for anime so might indicate that the release group did something wrong/weird.
