Same here. It was bad on 6.3.0 already, but got worse on 6.3.1 (no discovery at all / same settings).

Yes, I have completely uninstalled and removed UMS, then reinstalled 6.3.0 from scratch - no change at all.

BTW: This issue is NOT solved in any way. Who set the *solved* flag? And why? I've removed that from the op's subject line.

Generally the change of the IP addresses should not have any influence on the UMS. Seems to me like some net problem or wrong windows firewall setting.
