Re: Vizio Smart TVs
Here's the results of v3.4.0 testing. 1. I used the test file you posted in this thread because the stock one with all builds = NO BUENO. (VizioSmartTV-test.conf was used). I am including the test file again in the zip so you can review it. 2. If I went into /transcode here's the results: 2a. 13 = p...

Re: Vizio Smart TVs
Am I supposed to be using UMSbuilder? I wiped my server last week and I'm still using v3.3.0. I'm assuming I should be using UMS Builder. I'll try tomorrow. Tonight while using 3.3.0 with the base config (I forgot to remove all the stuff and add) it froze going into /transcode folders or ANY folder ...

Re: Vizio Smart TVs
Thanks. I'll enable the cache and give it a try. As for the 13 and 28 files, it does that with ALL files that are DiVX from what I remember. If I play the same file from PMS > PS3 it works. If I play it from PMS to Sony BDP-S590 it plays. If I play it from PMS to Samsung it works. So I'm assuming it...

Re: Vizio Smart TVs
We shouldn't uncomment that line because Vizio doesn't support DivX.
See this post for what's supported by Vizio.

Re: Vizio Smart TVs
NOTE: I simply unchecked all other renders and left the vizio checked. But I renamed the original and copied in your conf and named it to the correct file. That shouldn't be a concern correct? ie: VizioSmartTV.conf renamed > VizioSmartTV.conf.bak ie: VizioSmartTV-test.conf renamed > VizioSmartTV.co...

Re: Vizio Smart TVs
PROGRESS HAS BEEN MADE! Whatever settings are in v3.3.1 it now plays the divx file (still have to test others). It seems slower to use, and going to a directory with 200+ movies in it, causes it to freeze/lock up. But if you let it sit, it comes to. Even if I load a directory with 20 FOLDERS in roo...

Re: Vizio Smart TVs
Ranger187 I made some changes in the code in https://github.com/UniversalMediaServer/UniversalMediaServer . Can you test it? You can use http://code.google.com/p/universal-media-server/downloads/detail?name=UMSBuilder-1.5.zip&can=2&q= to get the latest revision of UMS. I tested it by pullin...
