Here's the log for the blocking. Doesn't happen with every movie but happens with most which is why I use MEncoder. I tested a few movies but I know it for sure it started happening with Serenity. btw for anyone having problems with audio sync after seeking forward / backward, go to audio settings and change the AC3 re-encoding to 2 channels (stereo). Videos that I had issues with before now work. I think mostly due to "Improved Panasonic VT60 support".

Not sure about anyone else, but since I installed 5.2.1 I've had problems with audio desyncing and I use the exact same settings as before.

What version of UMS are you using. There has been 2 new versions since I posted this which I haven't updated to yet.
