I've tried the latest 2.1.2 build but with that one, the audio just drops after a while.. I also had it with some other movies, but with this one I immediatly grabbed the debuglogs and posted them.. Hope you can fix it.. Running PMS SB71 to continue to watch the movie..

The PS3 itself through the Sony mediaplayer it doesn't, but through ShowTime it does (up to a certain point/resolution)..

If you are referring to external subs that were batched with the MKV file then yes. You just have to specify the sub language in the settings to get them to show up. I think you are refering to server transcoding the subtitles into the videostream (so no way to turn them on/off on the player side)....
