Re: having problems with Java

I'm sorry but I simply know to little about OS X to be of any help troubleshooting this. Isn't there some "Mac" forum somewhere that can offer help on issues like this? This isn't UMS related, if you get Java to work I'm pretty sure UMS will too. If anybody else here knows anything, please...

Re: having problems with Java

Dit you do it as described in the link? If so, you might have to be radical and try things like writing down the file(s) you can't overwrite and manually remove it before the installation starts. If you can't delete it, find out why.

Re: having problems with Java

Sorry, I misunderstood your first post. I interpreted it as Java 7 was supported from 10.6.8.

You should look at this. By the way, this is just BS and ill-will from Apple, who want people to pay for an upgrade.

Re: VirtualFolders.conf and Network-drives (mapped or unmapped) (Windows 8.1 64bit)

Thank you for your report. The missing first letter in DbgPacker was definitly a bug, it will be fixed in the next version. Your real problem isn't that obvious to me. I tested this, both using a mapped drive letter and UNC path - and it's working for me. I also looked at the code, and the log messa...

Re: MP3 / FLAC Coverarts on Onkyo AVR´s

I'm currently working on rewriting some of the thumbnail/cover art code in this branch. But, even with these changes my Onkyo doesn't show cover art. It would be interesting to know exactly what needs to happen to make Onkyos display cover art.

As long as you haven't entered your github credentials anywhere in NB, I can guarantee you that no push has been performed. You don't have write permission to your GitHub fork without them.

Re: web.conf on a mac mini

You have to create it - the location is correct. You can find the default content here (not that it's very useful).

Re: Can't see option "Prevent OS from sleeping when streaming"

The whole git and github way of thinking can be a bit of a challenge to understand at first, so no worries. The thing to understand is that git, unlike svn etc, consist of many git repositories that interact. When you "clone" a repository you actually make your own git repository that is a...
