Looking quickly in the code, "GTK look and feel" is what's applied for Linux by default. If it fails, it's switched to something called MetalLookAndFeel, which is pretty terrible Check your log for "Error loading GTK look and feel" or post debug files like explained in red above...

Hello, Using UMS since some years and it run at windows start. I updated UMS from v 4.4.0 to 5.1.2 and since, UMS is a lot slower to start, and have an impact on windows start : more slower too.
